The fabric is cut based on the patterns using both laser cutting machines and manual techniques for precision and efficiency.
The printed design is transferred onto white fabric using controlled heat and pressure in a calender, resulting in a durable and crisp finish.
The pieces are assembled, sewn together, and finished to create the different garments.
After the garments are made, we use industrial irons to apply heat and ensure a smooth and professional finish.
The management of the distribution and shipment of finished garments ensures on-time and efficient delivery.
